The Protouch Golf Academy held a Chipping in the Ring competition on August 31, 2025, as part of its 1090 Protouch Junior Skills Competition Series. Young golfers competed in three categories—Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced—based on their skills level, showcasing their skills and determination.

Kiaan Chakraborty: Winner, Beginners’ Category.

Playing two rounds, Kiaan Chakraborty, maintaining his winning streak for the previous three Sundays, won the Beginners’ category.

Shaurya Agarwal and Saanvi Agarwal: Runner Up and Second Runner Up, Beginners’ Category

Novices Saanvi Agarwal and Shaurya Agarwal, tied for the second place. Two exciting rounds of play-off followed, after which, Shaurya Agarwal finished second. Saanvi finished third.

Aativeer Jain: Winner, Intermediate Category.

Aativeer Jain won the Intermediate category.

Ujaan Chakraborty and Ainesh Roy Chowdhury: Runner Up and Second Runner Up, Intermediate Category

Ujaan Chakraborty finished second, followed by Ainesh Roy Chowdhury, who finished third.

Mannan Agarwal: Winner, Advanced Category.

Meanwhile, Mannan Agarwal won the Advanced category, playing two rounds.

Aativeer Jain, winner in the Intermediate category, said, “The Skills Competition is very exciting. I like to play and it feels better when I win something”.

Saanvi Agarwal, second runner up in the Beginners’ category, said, “This was my first time performing in the Skills Competition. My coach, Sreenjoy Majumdar sir asked me and my brother, Shaurya, to take part. I didn’t realize this would be fun. We had so much fun today. We are looking forward to take part in the next week’s competition as well”.

All the children went home happily, flaunting their medals, and eagerly waiting for the Skills Competition, scheduled for the next month.
