Anshul Mishra wins the sixth leg of the IGU East Zone Amateur Feeder Tour – CFL Amateur Open 2025, which is being held at the prestigious Tollygunge Club, Kolkata, from June 11 to June 13.
Overnight leader Anshul Mishra shot a 1-under 69 in the second round, after a 1-under 69 in the first round, thereby maintaining a consistency in his game. At a total score of 2-under 138, Anshul won the Amateur category.
Ribhav Verma chased Anshul. Scoring a 73 in the second round, after first round’s 72, Ribhav finished second in the Amateur category at a total score of 145.
Ahaan Gupta (72-74) scored a total of 146, and finished third in the Amateur category, followed by Dishan Ghosh (73-74) and Samridh Sen (75-72), who finished tied fourth at an overall score of 147.

Abhishekh Mitra: Winner, Mid-Amateur category

Overnight leader in the Mid-Amateur category, Abhishekh Mitra (76-76) maintained a consistency in his game, and won the Mid-Amateur category at an overall score of 152. Sushil Kumar (88-82) and Pawan Agarwal (88-111) finished second and third in the Mid-Amateur category at overall scores of 170 and 199 respectively.

Sana Hussain: Winner, Ladies category.

Overnight leader Sana Hussain (88-87) won the Ladies category at an overall score of 175, followed by Adrika Bose (118-117), who finished second.

Col. Shreekant Tiwari: Winner, Senior category.

Overnight leader in the Senior category, Col. Shreekant Tiwari (80-78) played a better second round and won his category at a total score of 158, followed by Satya Ranjan Das (90-84), who finished second at an overall score of 174.

Ravindra SInghania: Winner, Super Senior category. 

Overnight leader in the Super Senior category, Ravindra Singhania won his category.
The CFL Amateur Open 2025 is an WAGR ranking event, the final round of which is going to be conducted tomorrow, on 13 June. Currently, after the second round of the CFL Amateur Open, Anshul Mishra (69-69) is leading the WAGR, followed by Ribhav Verma, who lay second. Samridh Sen and Dishan Ghosh jointly lay third.
