Benjamin and John take a lead in the first round of the Magical Kenya Open 2025, presented by ABSA, that is being held at the Muthaiga Golf Club, Nairobi, Kenya, from February 20 to February 23.
French golfer Hebert Benjamin shot multiple birdies and an eagle at the 10th, scoring an 8-under 63, and took a lead after the first round. Tied with Benjamin at the leading position, was British golfer Parry John, who also scored an 8-under 63 in the first round.
South African golfer Schaper Jayden lay second with a first-round score of 7-under 64, followed by South Korean golfer Cho Wooyoung, who lay third with a first-round score of 6-under 65. Tied with Wooyoung, was Danish golfer Jacob Skov Olesen, who also scored a 6-under 65.
All eyes are set in anticipation of the second round which is scheduled to be held on February 21.
