Indian Golfers Aditi Ashok and Diksha Dagar have qualified for the Paris Olympics. They will join a 4 member Indian Golf contingent with Shubhankar Sharma and Gaganjeet Bhullar. The Paris Olympics are scheduled to kick off on the 26th of July 2024. Currently, almost 100 Indian athletes have qualified across various sports and will be traveling to the French capital. Aditi Ashok was also part of the Indian golf contingent in the last edition of the Olympics held in Tokyo, and this would be her third appearance in the Olympics, most by an Indian. Whereas, Diksha Dagar has become the first ever golfer to be part of the Olympics as well as the Deaflympics, where she is a two-time medalist. This will also be her second appearance in the Olympics. The men’s golf event will be held from 1st-4thAugust whereas, the women’s golf event will be held from 7th-10th August. The golf events for the Paris Olympics will be held at the Le Golf National in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. Shubhankar Sharma and Gaganjeet Bhullar are set to make their Olympics debut in Paris.
