Shubhankar Sharma and Diksha Dagar, had mixed results in their recent competitions.

Sharma secured a top 10 finish at the Horizon Irish Open, while Diksha achieved a share of 21st place at the Big Green Egg Open in the Netherlands.

Diksha’s performance solidified her third position in the Ladies European Tour Order of Merit, known as the Race to Costa Del Sol. On the men’s side, Sharma improved his ranking by climbing 16 places to 49th in the Race to Dubai standings.

Dagar’s performance in Hilversum adds to her recent successes, which have seen her world ranking rise from 416 to 156. Her qualification standing for the Paris Olympics has also improved, moving from 60th to 42nd at present.

With several events remaining, including the upcoming Hero Women’s Indian Open next month, a top-four finish in the LET’s merit list will grant Diksha status on the LPGA Tour.

Meanwhile, Sharma had a strong start at the Horizon Irish Open, leading or co-leading for the first two days. However, a third-round score of 3 over par damaged his chances of victory.
