Anshul Mishra(69-70) from West Bengal ends the round at third with a score of 5-under 139.
Delhi’s Deepak Yadav (73-69) and West Bengal’s Samridh Sen (70-72) lay tied at sixth totalling a score of 2-under 142.
The IGU Bio-Gen Rotary Southern India Amateur Men Ladies and Junior Girls Golf Championship 2025 started with the first round today.
In the Ladies, A&B girls combined category, Maharashtra’s Anuradha Chaudhuri, Delhi’s Smriti Bhargav, Haryana’s Anvvi Dahhiya and Prarthana Khanna all lay tied for the lead scoring a 2-under total of 70.
Yogaya Bhalla from Haryana, Guntas Kaur Sandhu from Rajasthan and Kaya Daluwatte from Sri Lanka tied for fifth with a 1-under score of 71.
Anuradha Chaudhuri, Anvvi Dahhiya and Prarthana Khanna jointly lead the A&B girls combined category. Yogaya Bhalla, Guntas Kaur Sandhu and Kaya Daluwatte ended the round tied for 4th with a total of 1-under 71.
Guntas Kaur Sandhu leads the B girls category with a score of 71. Karnataka’s Smira Bhambri ended the round at second with a score of 74. Sikhsha Jain from Delhi taking the third spot with a score of 76.
In C girls category, Aida Thimmaiah from Karnataka stays at the top with a level par score of 72. In second Rajashthan’s Ojaswini Saraswat with a score of 76, with Teesta Singh Sikarwar ending the round at third with a score of 78.
