Iwai stole the spotlight with a blistering 8-under, moving 11 places up to share the lead. Coughlin was consistent with a 6-under, while Lindblad did the same with a 4-under.
Trailing closely behind were I. Yoon (-15) and R. Takeda (-14), who charged up the ranks with identical 8-under scores. Nelly Korda (-14) kept herself under the radar by producing a calm 5-under.
