Lavanya Gupta wins the IGU All India Ladies and Junior Girls Golf Championship 2025, which was being held at the Rambagh Golf Club, from December 9 to December 12.
After struggling in the third round, Delhi’s Lavanya Gupta (74-67-77-70) shot an even par score of 70 in the fourth round, and at an overall score of 288, won the Ladies & A&B Girls Combined category.
Lavanya also won the Biloo Sethi Trophy for the best two-day score.
Overnight leader, Haryana’s Ceerat Kang (72-72-73-73) maintained a consistent performance in the fourth round, and at an overall score of 290, finished second in the Ladies & A&B Girls Combined category.

Guntas Kaur Sandhu: Winner in A&B Girls and B Girls.
Chandigarh’s Guntas Kaur Sandhu (70-73-77-73) played a better fourth round, shooting a 73, and with a total score of 293, won the A&B Girls as well as the B Girls categories. Guntas also finished third in the Ladies & A&B Girls Combined category, following Ceerat.
While Haryana’s Yogya Bhalla (75-73-77-72) finished second in A&B Girls with an overall score of 297, Goa’s Rashi Mishra (73-77-79-70) and Karnataka’s Priya Kumari (74-76-74-75) joinly finished third in the A&B Girls category at an overall score of 299.
Meanwhile, Rajasthan’s Shiksha Jain (80-78-73-78) followed Guntas in the B Girls category, and finished second in B Girls at an overall score of 309.
Smira Bhambri (80-80-76-78) finished third in B Girls at an overall score of 314.

Ojaswini Saraswat: Winner, C Girls.
The participants of C Girls played a total of 54 holes over three consecutive rounds. Overnight leader in C Girls for two consecutive rounds, Ojaswini Saraswat (74-77-73) from Rajasthan, won her category with an overall score of 224, followed by Karnataka’s Aastha Prasanna Rao (78-86-81) and Uttar Pradesh’s Bhuvi Srivastava (82-86-82), who finished second and third in C Girls at overall scores of 245 and 250 respectively.
