Mannat Brar took lead after the conclusion of the third round and won the IGU Ladies and Junior Girls Golf Championship, which is being held at the East Point Golf Club, Vishakhapatnam, from December 17 to December 20.
The fourth and the final round of the IGU All India Ladies & Junior Girls Golf Championship that was scheduled to be held on December 20, was washed away due to heavy downpour that took place, and the winners and the runners up fin different categories were declared on the basis of the scores over the three rounds.
Punjab golfer Mannat Brar, who finished the first and the second rounds with a 75 and 74, scored a 3-under 71, and finished the third round as the lead scorer, and won the Ladies category as well as Ladies & A&B Girls categories at a total score of 2-under 220.
Overnight leader, Haryana golfer Heena Kang (71-74-76) maintained her consistency as the lead scorer in Ladies category after the third round, and with a total of 1-under 221, and won the Ladies category, and finished second in Ladies & A&B Girls.
Uttar Pradesh golfer Zara Anand (76-74-72) ended the third round with an ever par score, and with a total of an even par 222, finished second in A&B Girls and third in Ladies & A&B Girls category after the final round.
Overnight leader in A&B Girls, Kaya Daluwatte (74-74-75) finished third in the A&B Girls category after the third and the final rounds with an overall score of 223. Kaya finished fourth in the Ladies & A&B Girls category.
West Bengal golfer Shinjini Mukherjee (78-81-80) finished second in Ladies category with a total score of 239, followed by Gujarat’s Esther Marie Fernandes Lobo (80-78-82), wo finished third in Ladies category with an overall score of 240.

Guntas Kaur Sandhu: Winner in B Girls

Overnight leader in B Girls, Chandigarh golfer Guntas Kaur Sandhu (78-78-73) maintained lead with a total score of 229 on the third round, and won the B Girls category, followed by Goa golfer Rashi Mishra (79-78-78) and Delhi golfer Ahaana Kashyap (80-77-83), who finished second and third in B Girls with totals of 235 and 240 respectively.

Ojaswini Saraswat: Winner in C Girls

The participants of C Girls played the second round on December 19, and the winner and runners up from this category was declared on the basis of the scores over two rounds. Rajasthan golfer Ojaswini Saraswat (75-76), maintaining the lead with a total of 151, won Category C Girls, followed by Haryana golfer Naina Kapoor (81-84) and Karnataka golfer Aida Thimmaiah (81-88) who scored totals of 165 and 169, and finished second and third respectively in C Girls after the finale.
