Neil Jolly maintains lead after the third round of the IGU Southern India Junior Boys Golf Championship 2025, which is being held at the Coimbatore Golf Club, Coimbatore, from May 27 to May 30.
Overnight leader over two consecutive rounds, Chandigarh golfer Neil Jolly (70-73-77) had a difficult third round in which he scored a 77. With a third-day total of 4-over 220, Jolly maintained lead in A&B Boys Combined category.
Maharashtra golfer Siddhant Nathan (79-73-69) shot his personal best of a 3-under 69 in the third round, and at a third day total of 221, lay second in A&B Boys Combined category.
West Bengal golfer Anshul Mishra (74-75-74) maintained consistency of performance even in the third round, and at a third-round total of 223, lay third in A&B Boys Combined category.
West Bengal golfer Varish Mohta (74-74-76) had a difficult third round in which he scored a 76. With a third-round total score of 224, Mohta took lead in B Boys, and lay tied fourth in A&B Boys Combined category with Haryana’s Zoravar Singh Toor (74-76-74).
Haryana’s Shaurya Dagar (79-72-75) lay second in B Boys with a third-round total of 226, followed by Haryana’s Jaibir Singh Kang (80-74-74), who lay third in B Boys at a third-round total of 228.
Meanwhile, the participants of the C Boys, wo will play a total of 54 holes over three consecutive rounds, played their second round today, on May 29. Overnight leader in C Boys, Karnataka’s Adit Veeramachaneni (74-77) had a tough second round, but managed to maintain lead at a second-round total of 151.
Veeramachaneni was followed by Punjab’s Sohraab Singh Talwar (84-73) and Haryana’s Siddhant Sharma (78-86), who lay second and third in C Boys at second-round total scores of 163 and 164 respectively.
