Shaun Norris leads in the third round of the Joburg Open 2025, that is being held at the Houghton Golf Club, Johannesburg, South Africa, from March 6 to March 9.
Overnight leader from the second round, South African golfer Shaun Norris (66-63-67) hit a 3-under 67 in the third round. With a third-round total of 14-under 196, Norris made his move on the moving day, and led the leaderboard.
South African golfer Jacques Kruyswijk (65-67-68) and French golfer Adrien Saddier (65-65-70) lay tied second after the third round, at a total score of 10-under 200.
German golfer Nicolai von Dellingshausen (64-68-69) lay fourth with a third-round total of 9-under 201.
Meanwhile, Indian golfer Shubhankar Sharma (66-65-74) had a difficult third round. With a third-day total of 5-under 205, Sharma lay tied nineteenth with a team of golfers that include Welsh golfer Rhys Enoch (69-68-68), English golfers Brandon Robinson Thompson (68-68-69) and Richard Mansell (65-67-73), South African golfer Malcolm Mitchell (64-70-71), and Chinese golfer Wenyi Ding (63-69-73).
The fourth and final round of the Joburg Open is scheduled to be hosted on March 9, Sunday.
