Rakshit Dahiya wins the IGU Samarvir Sahi Golf Championship 2025, which was being held at the Chandigarh Golf Club, from May 6 to May 9.
The fourth and final round of the IGU Samarvir Sahi Golf Championship was scheduled to be held on May 9, but due to unavoidable circumstances, the fourth round, along with the prize distribution had to be suspended. Winners and runners up were decided on the accumulated scores of the first three rounds.
Overnight leader, Rakshit Dahiya (73-68-63) led the IGU Samarvir Sahi Golf Championship 2025 after the third round, shooting his personal best of a 9-under 63 in the third round of the IGU Samarvir Sahi Golf Championship 2025, and at a third-round total of 12-under 204, won the IGU Samarvir Sahi Golf Championship 2025.
Overnight leader in the second round, Sukhman Singh (72-67-69) followed Dahiya, scoring a 3-under 69 in the third round, and at a total score of 8-under 208, finished second.
Overnight co-leader Deepak Yadav (68-71-70) finished third with a total score of 7-under 209, after the third round concluded on May 8.
West Bengal golfer Anshul Mishra (78-68-67) finished ninth at a third-round total of 3-under 213 after the end of the third round.
West Bengal golfer Suveer Kapoor (73-70-72) lay tied twelfth with Uttar Pradesh’s Kanav Chouhan (73-74-68), Delhi’s Chandan Kumar Yadav (73-72-70), and Haryana’s Lt. Col. Varoon Parmar (68-75-72).
