Rashi Mishra continues to lead after the second round of the IGU Northern India Ladies and Junior Girls Golf Championship 2025, which is being held at the Jaypee Greens, Wishtown, Noida, from August 12 to August 14.
Overnight co-leader, Goa golfer Rashi maintained a consistent game, shooting a 3-under 67 in the second round consecutively, and at a two day score of 6-under 134, leads the Ladies & A&B Girls Combined category as well as the A&B Girls Combined category.
Delhi’s Ayesha Gupta (68-69) chased Rashi, and at a two day score of 3-under 137, lay second in the Ladies & A&B Girls Combined category and A&B Girls Combined category.
Haryana’s Yogya Bhalla (71-68) and Punjab’s Rabab Kahlon (68-71) lay tied third in the Ladies & A&B Girls Combined category as well as the A&B Girls Combined category with a two day score of 1-under 139.
Rabab, who also leads B Girls over two consecutive rounds, is chased by Delhi’s Anushka Gupta (73-71) and Haryana’s Smira Bhambri (74-72), who lay second and third in B Girls with two day score of 144 and 146 respectively.
Karnataka’s Aida Thimmaiah shot a 6-under 64, and at a second day score of 5-under 135, rose the leaderboard to lead Category C Girls, followed by Rajasthan’s Ojaswini Saraswat (71-70) and overnight leader in C Girls, Madhya Pradesh’s Teesta Singh Sikarwar (67-75), who lay second and third in Category C Girls at two day scores of 141 and 142 respectively.
