Ribharv emerges halfway leader in the IGU North East Amateur Golf Championship 2025, which is being held at the Jorhat Gymkhana Club, from December 2 to December 5.
Haryana’s Ribharv Verma (74-66) shot a 5-under 66 in the second round after a 3-over 74 in the first round. With a two-day total score of 2-under 140, Ribharv emerges halfway leader.
Delhi’s Deepak Yadav (70-71) had a difficult second round, and at a two-day score of 1-under 141, lay second.
Jharkhand’s Bimal Singh Sardar (70-72), Uttar Pradesh’s Sukhman Singh (71-71), and West Bengal golfer Anshul Mishra (74-68) lay tied third at a two-day score of 142.
Overnight Delhi’s Ranveer Mitroo (68-76) had a difficult second round. Mitroo shot a 76 in the second round and at a two-day even par score of 144, lay seven.
