The fourth leg of the IGU East Zone Junior Feeder Tour – Breathegolf Junior Open 2025 commenced on April 30 at the prestigious Tollygunge Club.
Over 55 budding golfers teed off at 7:30 am in hopes of a promising first round. However, the round was disrupted by a heavy downpour, accompanied by thunderstorm.
While the participants of C Boys and C Girls, and D Girls could complete 9 rounds, the participants of A Boys, B Boys and Girls, D Boys and E Boys and Girls will start their round afresh, in the second round, tomorrow.
Though the round got suspended, the JAGA Camp was organized at the Driving Range of Tollygunge Club. Over 30 junior golfers took part in the Skills Test Camp, organized by JAGA to get their skills assessed and enhanced by professionals.
The Breathegolf Junior Open is a qualifier for the JAGA Invitational Tournament is going to be held at Dubai, from May 23 to May 25. Categories A Boys & Girls, B Boys and Girls, and C Boys and Girls will be eligible to take part in the JAGA Invitational Tournament. Winners in the A Boys and Girls, B Boys and Girls, and C Boys and Girls will qualify for a fee exemption in the JAGA camps, that are going to be held in Thailand, India and Vietnam campuses, and for the JAGA Invitational Tournament, Dubai
