Manoj S of Karnataka won the combined category of A&B Boys and B Boys with a two-under-par 68 and a total score of 282 at the Tollygunge Club in the IGU West Bengal Junior Boys Golf Championship 2022. In the A&B combined category, Manoj was three shots better than the runner-up, Arjun Singh Bhatia from Haryana, who was followed by Uttar Pradesh’s Kanav Chauhan, who scored 291. Kanav was finally tied with another youngster from UP, Aarav Shah, but Kanav won the third place trophy due to a count-back. Kanav Chauhan finished second in Category B Boys with a score of 291, followed by West Bengal’s Anshul Mishra, who scored 295. In Category C Boys, the clear winner was Delhi’s Kartik Singh, who shot 205 to win by 15 strokes over Haryana’s Arjunveer Shishir, who was followed by Prince Bainsla, who shot 224.

The IGU West Bengal Junior Boys Golf Championship 2022 was a national-level golf competition that gathered more than 75 junior boys from around India. Individual strokeplay was the tournament format, and the boys competed over four days.
