The Protouch Golf Academy organised the 1106 Bunker Shot Skills Competition as a part of their January Skills Competition on Sunday, February 22. This skills competition marks the second of this year’s monthly skills competition, which is organised on the Sundays of every month.
The participants are divided into three different categories, based on their level of skills, namely, the Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced categories.
In the Beginners category, the first-timers showed exceptional calm and poise, taking all the medals.

Shaurya Agarwal and Soham Jumrani: Winner and Runner Up, Beginners’ Category
Shaurya Agarwal took the first spot with novice Soham Jumrani taking a close second. Incidentally, Soham took part in the Skills Competition for the first time.

Nirvaan and Nirvair Talwar: Joint Second Runner Up, Beginners’ Category.
Novice golfers, twin brothers Nirvaan and Nirvair Talwar shared third place after tying for the score.

Jayansh Lakhotia, Advika Agarwal and Ayaansh Prasad:
Winner, Runner Up and Second Runner Up, Intermediate Category
In the Intermediate category, it was a battle for the top spots as Jayansh Lakhotia took the first place, Advika Agarwal was placed second, and Ayaansh Prasad rounded up the top three after claiming the third place. Yugaansh Agarwal, though finishing fourth, showed exceptional skills under pressure, scoring in all three of his shots in the second round after failing to score in the first round, pulling him up towards the top spots.

Anika Shah and Shaurya Veer Saboo: Winner and Runner Up, Advanced Category.
In the Advanced category, Anika Shah displayed great consistency by scoring in all of her chips and claiming the first position. Shaurya Veer Saboo took second place in the category.
After the prize distribution, the junior golfers went home, flaunting their medals, eagerly excited to participate in the 1107th Skills Competition, which will be held in March.
