In today’s Protouch Junior skills competition, the children had to chip from the bunker to the green with 10 points for a hole out, 5 if the ball is in the circle and 1 if the ball lands on the green. Each participant is to compete in two rounds with three chances to hit.
The categories were divided into:
- C boys
- C girls
- D boys
- E boys
- F boys
In the C boys category, Ujaan Chakraborty won, whilst Shanaya won the C girls category with Khushi Baid coming in second.
In the D boys category, Jayansh Lakhotia took the win with consistent shots out of the bunker, with Ayansh Prasad coming second.
The E boys category saw Reeshab Roy win, with Yugansh Agarwal and Kiaan Chakraborty sharing the second spot.
In the F Boys category, Samar Kajaria won in his first time participating in the Protouch Junior Skills Competitions
All kids went home smiling with their medals, waiting for next week’s 1114th chipping skills competition on Sunday, 26th July.
