After winning Vihaan Jain said, “This being my first ever amateur tournament makes this win incredibly special for me. The competition was extremely strong with 118 players from around the country, and Arshvant pushed me all the way from the first tee to my birdie on the first playoff hole that ultimately sealed the deal. A key element to my win was staying patient and not giving up until the very end, as I fought hard till the very last hole even when it seemed like I had no chance. This win gives me a lot of confidence and motivation going into my first season on the amateur circuit, and I look forward to what the rest of the year has in store for me”.
