Kristoffer Reitan (-15) held his nerve at Quail Hollow to clinch the Truist Championship, closing with a composed -2 in the final round to secure a two-shot victory. The Norwegian’s steady play across all four days proved decisive, as he fended off a strong challenge from the chasing pack.

Rickie Fowler (-13) produced fireworks with a brilliant -6 on Sunday, resulting into a tie for second alongside Nicolai Højgaard (-13), who added a solid -3 to his tally on the final day. Matt Fitzpatrick (-12) finished fourth after a battling +2, while Tommy Fleetwood (-11), J.J. Spaun (-11), and Sungjae Im (-11) shared fifth place, each unable to mount a decisive charge in the closing stretch.

Further down, Ludvig Åberg (-10) and Harry Hall (-10) impressed with strong finishes, while Matt McCarty (-9) rounded out the top ten.

Reitan’s victory was defined by composure and consistency, turning a narrow advantage into a career-defining triumph. With Fowler’s surge, Højgaard’s resilience, and a stacked leaderboard, the Truist Championship delivered the drama expected of Quail Hollow, but it was Reitan who emerged as the champion.
