At the Aramco Team Series 2024 in the Republic of Korea’s New Korea Country Club, Diksha Dagar was the first Indian golfer to compete in 100 events on the Ladies European Tour (LET).
In her first full season as a professional, 23-year-old Diksha won on the LET and went on to win the South African Women’s Open golf championship. She won another tournament, the Czech Ladies Open in 2023 last year, held on the Ladies European Tour.
Another LET tournament that is taking place at the Centurion Club in London is the “ARAMCO Team Series”, which Diksha Dagar is eyeing to win. Diksha Dagar shot three over at the Centurion Club in the first round. However, she did recover in the second round, shooting 5 under to put herself in the running for the victory.
Tvesha Malik, another Indian competing in the tournament, shot 150 in both rounds and qualified for the 3rd round. Pranavi Urus, however, was unable to advance since she withdrew after the first round of play.
