The Protouch Golf Academy has organized a Junior Skills Competition (September, 2024), like every other month. The Junior Skills Competition commenced on September 1, with the display of chipping, the 1051^st skills event, followed by a putting contest, the 1052^nd skills event, on September 8, by junior golfers of different age groups.

The Academy organized a long shot skills competition, the 1053^rd skills event on September 15. According to the rules, the participants were divided into three categories , on the basis of their age: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.

Despite the inclement weather conditions that prevailed on Sunday morning, many enthusiastic juniors came to take part in the skills competition. Among them, whilst Aveer Mallik scored the best in the two rounds game to become the winner from the Beginners’ category, Advika Agarwal and Yugaansh Agarwal tied for the second place.

Shaurish Sen scored the highest and secured win from the Intermediate category. Vir Nayar took the second position followed by Aarya Jhunjhunwala, who secured the third position in their category.

Alongside the Beginners’ and Intermediate categories, Sreyash Ghose from the Advanced category secured the first position in the 1053^rd full shot skills competition.

All eyes are now set on the 1054^th skills, the bunker shot competition that will be held on September 22, the concluding day of the Junior Skills Competition, September. After the bunker shot competition ends, the winners and the runners up from the four days of the skills competition will be awarded their prizes.
