The Protouch Golf Academy hosted bunker shot competition, which is the 1061 Skills Competition, on Sunday, November 17. Many junior golfers of the academy took part in the Bunker Skills competition to show their skills.

The participants were divided into three categories, based on their age: Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced. The participants in the putting competition played two rounds.

In the Beginners’ category, Aveer Malik emerged as the winner after a round of play off against Rohin Maitra, who became the runner up from the Beginners’ category.

Vir Nayar won the Intermediate category in the bunker shot competition. After two simultaneous rounds of play off between Yugansh Agarwal, Ayansh Prasad and Jayansh Lakhotia, Ayansh Prasad was placed second.

The winner from the advanced category was decided by a round of play off between Sreyash Ghose and Aryaveer Surana, and ultimately Aryaveer Surana was placed first, followed by Sreyash, who became the runner up from the category.

All the participants were seen to be eager for participating in the 1062 Skill Competition, which is the Chipping, on Sunday, November 24 and win bits of appreciations and rewards for the gradual improvements they are gathering in their skills by regular practice and mentoring.
