The Protouch Golf Academy hosted Long Shot Competition, which is the 1068 Skills Competition, on Sunday, March 16. Many junior golfers of the academy took part in the Long Shot Skills Competition to display their skills.
The participants were divided into three categories based on the level of their skills and age: Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced. The participants from all the categories played two rounds.

Ainesh Roy Chowdhury and Ruhi Nayar: Runner Up and Winner, Beginners’ Category

Playing two rounds, Ainesh Roy Chowdhury and Ruhi Nayar tied for the first place. Through an exciting play off, Ruhi won the Beginners’ category, followed by Ainesh, who finished second.

Yugaansh Agarwal and Vir Nayar: Winner and Runner UP, Intermediate Category

The level of competition intensified among the participants of the Intermediate Category, in which, Yugaansh Agarwal won, followed by Vir Nayar, who finished second.

Debarghya Addy and Aryaveer Surana: Winner and Runner Up, Advanced Category

A tough competition also unfolded among the participants of the Advanced Category. Ultimately, Debarghya Addy finished first. Aryaveer Surana finished second.
Ainesh Roy Chowdhury, runner up in the Beginners’ category, said, “It was a positive day for me. I was hoping to win the first prize, but I won the second prize. That is kind of positive. I look forward to winning the first prize next Sunday”.
Aryaveer Surana, runner up from the Advanced category, said, “Who doesn’t want to win prizes? These skills are a wonderful opportunity to win prizes every week”.

All the participants were seen eager to be participating in the 1069 skills Competition, which is the Putting Competition, that is going to be held on Sunday, March 23.
