Vihaan Malhotra and Neil Jolly took a lead after the first round of the IGU Rajasthan State Junior Boys Golf Championship, which is being held at the Rambagh Golf Club, from April 22 to April 25.
Delhi golfer Vihaan and Chandigarh golfer Neil Jolly shot a level par score of 70 in the first round, hence taking a lead jointly in the combined Category A&B Boys.
Haryana’s Vihaan Jain and Shaurya Dagar jointly lay third in the combined Category A&B Boys at a score of 71.
West Bengal’s Rayan Sao lay fifteenth after the first round with Delhi’s Udai Aditya Middha, and Haryana’s Aryan Pal, at a score of 74.
Meanwhile, Haryana’s Shaurya Dagar shot a 1-over 71 and currently leads B Boys. Haryana’s Jaibir Singh Kang, Uttar Pradesh’s Ayush Gupta and Punjab’a Danish Varma jointly lay second in B Boys at a first round score of 72.
In B Boys, West Bengal’s Rayan Sao lay fifth along with Haryana’s Aryan Pal.
The participants of Category C Boys, who are going to tee off tomorrow, on April 23, are going to play a total of 54 holes over three consecutive rounds.
