Neil Jolly rises on the leaderboard after the second round of the IGU Rajasthan State Junior Boys Golf Championship 2025, which is being held at the Rambagh Golf Club, from April 22 to April 25.
Overnight leader in the Combined Category A&B Boys, Chandigarh golfer Neil Jolly, who shared a joint lead with Delhi golfer Vihaan Malhotra after the first round at a level par score of 70, scored a 2-over 72 in the second round, and with a second-round total of 142, leads Combined Category A&B Boys.
Karnaataka golfer Ishnidh Virdhi (75-68) shot a 2-under 68 in the second round, and is currently chasing Neil Jolly, laying tied second in the Combined Category A&B Boys, with a group of golfers including Punjab’s Danish Verma (72-71) and Haryana’s Vihaan Jain (71-72), at a second-day total score of 143.
West Bengal golfer Vaarish Mohta (73-75) lay tied thirteenth after the second round with a group of golfers including Haryana’s Harman Sachdeva (77-71), Chandigarh’s Jai Gupta (76-72), and Delhi’s Udai Aditya Middha (74-74), and Vivaan Aggarwal (73-75), at a second-round total of 148.
Vaarish Mohta also lay fifth in B Boys.
Punjab’s Danish Verma rose to the leaderboard in B Boys at a score of 143, followed by Haryana’s Jaibir Singh Kang (72-73) and Shaurya Dagar (71-75), who lay second and third in B Boys with second-round totals of 145 and respectively.
Meanwhile, the participants of Category C Boys played the first round today, on April 23. Maharashtra’s Vihaan Gajula finished the first round with a score of 74, and took a lead in Category C Boys.
Rajasthan’s Hridaan Saraogi, Punjab’s Arnav, and Uttar Pradesh’s Kabir Goyal, and Raajveer Surri lay tied second at a score of 75 after the first round concluded.
