The Protouch Golf Academy hosted the Putting competition, which is the 1078 Skills Competition, on Sunday, May 25. Many junior golfers took part in the Putting competition to display their putting skills.
The participants were divided into three categories, based on their level of skills and age: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. All the participants played two rounds.
Raaisha Gupta and Riddhiman Ghosh: Winner and Runner Up, Beginners’ Category
Playing two rounds, Raaisha Gupta won the Beginners’ category, followed by Riddhiman Ghosh, who finished second.
Ayaansh Gupta and Anika Shah: Winner and Runner Up, Intermediate Category
Ayaansh Gupta won the Intermediate category. Anika Shah followed, and finished second.
Winner in the Beginners’ category, Raaisha Gupta, said, “I didn’t have any plan of taking part in the Putting skills competition today, but thankfully, I did, and I won”.
Runner up in the Intermediate category, Anika Shah said, “I am not at all happy with my performance this time. I participated after some time, and the competition definitely showed me how much practice I need to make my game better. Looking forward to winning in the Skills Competition in the upcoming month”.

The day ended with all the participants going home with their medals, eager to take part in the Skills Competitions, which is scheduled to happen even in the upcoming month.
