Saanvi and Vani jointly lead the 8th Leg of the Hero WPGT, which is being held at the par-70 Bengaluru Golf Club, from June 4 to June 6.
Saanvi Somu maintained consistency in her game, and shot a 1-under 69 in the two consecutive rounds. At a second day total of 2-under 138, Saanvi leads the tournament jointly with Vani Kapoor, who shot a 1-over 71 in the second round, after a 3-under 67 in the first round.
Gaurika Bishnoi (70-69) shot a 1-under 69 in the second round, and at a second day total of 1-under 139, lay third after the second round.
Zara Anand (69-72) and Durga Nittur (68-73) jointly lay fourth at a second-round total of 141.
