Aranyak Chakraborty wins the WAGR round of the Kolkata Masters 2026 – the Leg 5 of the IGU East Zone Amateur Feeder Tour, which was being held at the prestigious Tollygunge Club, from June 10 to June 12.
The Kolkata Masters 2026 was a World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR) event, and the WAGR round was held on June 12, following the two match rounds on June 10 and June 11, after the practice round took place on June 9.
In the Amateur category, Aranyak Chakraborty (70-71-72), who opened with an even par score of 70, shot a 71 and 72 respectively on the second and third rounds respectively, and at an overall score of 213, won the WAGR round.
Gurshaan S. Grewal (78-75-76) opened with a 78, but improved his game with a 75 in the second round, and shot a 76 in the third round. With an overall score of 229, Gurshaan finished second.
Divyansh Shukla finished third I the WAGR round.
