Anshul Mishra wins the IGU Andhra Pradesh Amateur Golf Championship 2026, which was being held at the East Point Golf Club (EPFC), from May 5 to May 8.

Overnight leader for three consecutive rounds, Bengal lad Anshul Mishra (70-71-70-71) played consistently over four rounds. Opening with a 2-under 70, he shot a 1-under 71, and 2-under 70 in the second and third rounds respectively. On the fourth round, he shot a 1-under 71, and at an overall score of 6-under 282, clinched victory at the IGU Andhra Pradesh Amateur Golf Championship 2026.

Deepak Yadav: Runner Up
Delhi’s Deepak Yadav (70-73-76-71), who co-led with Anshul after the first round with a 2-under 70, lay second and third in the second and third rounds with a 73 and 76 respectively. Improving his performance in the fourth round with a 1-under 71, Deepak finished second at an overall score of 292.

Vinamra Anand: Second Runner Up
Uttar Pradesh’s Vinamra Anand (74-71-72-75), who lay second after the third round, had a difficult third round, in which he shot a 75. At an overall score of 292, Vinamra finished third at the IGU Andhra Pradesh Amateur Golf Championship 2026.
Chandigarh’s Ram Singh Mann (77-73-72-71) and Haryana’s Ribhav Verma (74-73-75-71) both played a 1-under 71 in the fourth round, their personal best score of the tournament, and at an overall score of 293, Mann and Verma tied fourth with Uttar Pradesh’s Arshvant Srivastava (77-73-71-72).
