Eugenio Chacarra wins the Italian Open 2026, which was being held at the Circolo Golf Tirono, Fiano, Tirono, Italy from June 25 to June 28.
Spanish professional golfer Eugenio Chacarra (66-65-65-64) shot a fabulous 7-under 64, his personal best in the tournament, following a 5-under 66 in the opening round, followed by a 6-under 65 in the second and third rounds respectively. At an overall score of 24-under 260, Chacarra clinched victory in the Italian Open 2026.
England’s Matt Wallace (69-62-67-67) maintained a consistent performance in the last two rounds of the tournament, shooting a 4-under 67 in the third and the fourth rounds respectively, followed by a 2-under 69 in the opening round and 9-under 62 in the second round. At an overall score of 19-under 265, finished second.
Chilean golfer Joaquin Niemann (64-63-71-68) shot a 3-under 68 in the fourth round and at an overall score of 18-under 266, finished third, followed by Sweden’s Joakim Lagergren (66-67-71-63) and Spain’s Angel Ayora (66-63-71-68) who finished fourth and fifth respectively.
