American professional golfer Wyndham Clark (64-69), who shot an impressive 6 hai-under 64 in the first round, had a difficult second round in which he shot a 3-under 69. At a two-day score of 7-under 133, Clark took halfway lead at the US Open 2026.
England’s Matt Fitzpatrick (67-70) had a difficult second round, shooting an even par score of 70, and at a two-day score of 3-under 137, lay tied second with a group of golfers including American professional golfers Xander Schauffele (71-66) and Sam Stevens (68-69) and Korean golfer Tom Kim (70-67).
America’s Collin Morikawa (73-65) lay sixth at a two-day score of 2-under 138.
