Haryana’s Riya Jadon surged ahead to take the lead after Round 2 of the IGU Chandigarh Ladies & Junior Girls Golf Championship 2025, being held at Chandigarh Golf Club from August 6 to 8.

Jadon, who shot a 73 in Round 1, followed it up with another solid 73 on Day 2 for a total score of 146, taking the top spot in both the Ladies & A&B Girls Combined and A&B Girls Combined categories.

Trailing her by one stroke is Karnataka’s Saanvi Somu, who posted back-to-back rounds of 73 and 74 to lie second at 147 in both categories.

Goa’s Rashi Mishra, who led after the opening round, now sits third after a 77 on Day 2 brought her total to 148.

Chandigarh’s Mehak Lohan and Guntas Kaur Sandhu are tied fourth at 149, both having carded 76 in Round 2. Karnataka’s Priya Kumari follows close behind in sixth at 150, tied with Chandigarh’s Hazel Chauhan and Haryana’s Ceerat Kang.

Haryana’s Anvi Dahiya and Jiah Kang are tied ninth at 151, while fellow state-mate Alysha Dutt stands eleventh with a total of 152.

A tight pack including Haryana’s Prarthana Khanna, UP’s Zara Anand, West Bengal’s Shinjini Mukherjee, and Delhi’s Keya Badugu lie tied twelfth at 153. Karnataka’s Ahaana Tewari sits just behind them at 155.

Maharashtra’s Jaanya Bishnoi and Gujarat’s Ananya Saini are tied fifteenth at 156 along with Karnataka’s Keerthana Rajeev Nair and Aaradhya Shetty, and Chandigarh’s Amreen Sandhu.

In the C Girls category, Rajasthan’s Ojaswini Saraswat stormed into the lead with an excellent round of 71 on Day 2, building on her 77 from Round 1 for a total of 148.

Teesta Singh Sikarwar of Madhya Pradesh, who had shared the lead after the first round, now lies second at 155 after a 78.

Uttarakhand’s Aanya Dandriyal is third at 168, followed by Karnataka’s Isha A R in fourth at 175.

Chandigarh’s Gairat Kaur Kahlon stands fifth at 179, UP’s Bhuvi Srivastava sixth at 181, and Karnataka’s Sancia Sendil seventh with a total of 187.
