The Suryodaya Environmental Park and Training Area, Kolkata is all set to organize the sixth leg of the IGU East Zone Junior Feeder Tour – IGN Junior Open 2026. With the practice round scheduled on July 7, the enthusiasm among the Junior golfers is built high, as they prepare to display their golfing skills in the upcoming two days, July 8 and June 9.
The event is going to see a participation of over 30 young and budding golfers from the following 10 age categories:
i. A&B Boys (15-17 years)
ii. B Boys (13-14 years)
iii. B Girls (13-14 years)
iv. C Boys (11-12 years)
v. C Girls (11-12 years)
vi. D Boys (9-10 years)
vii. D Girls (9-10 years)
viii. E Boys (7-8 years)
ix. E Girls (7-8 years)
x. F Boys and Girls (Below 7 years)
While the participants of the A&B Boys and Girls, B Boys and Girls, C Boys and Girls, and D Boys and Girls will play 36 holes, the participants of the E Boys and Girls, and F Boys and Girls will play a total of 18 holes over two consecutive rounds.

The IGU East Zone Junior Feeder Tour continues to foster and showcase the promising future stars of Indian golf. The tour’s education partner is The Champ for Life Academy. Keventer, Eastern India’s largest FMCG company, is the tour sponsor and provided players with juices and milkshakes. Additionally, Breathegolf and Indian Golf News (IGN) are the media partners for the tour. The tour is managed by Protouch Sports.
