The Soudal Open 2026 concluded with South Africa’s Richard Sterne (-18) claiming victory after a composed final round of -5. His steady play across all four days ensured he stayed clear of a crowded chasing pack, securing the title by two shots.

A remarkable seven-way tie for second unfolded at -16, featuring Thorbjørn Olesen from Denmark, Marcus Kinhult from Sweden, Jorge Campillo from Spain, Victor Perez from France, Marcus Armitage from England, and Keita Kaneko from Japan. Each produced strong final rounds, but none could catch Richard Sterne’s consistency.

Just one shot further back at -15, England’s Ben Schmidt, South Africa’s MJ Daffue, Zander Lombard, Italy’s Gregorio De Leo, and England’s Nathan Kimsey rounded out the top ten. De Leo impressed with a -6 finish, while Lombard slipped slightly with a +3 on the final day but still held his place among the leaders.
