The AVT Champions Tour 2026-2027 moves to its second leg as players prepare to take on a brand-new challenge, with the event set to be hosted for the very first time at the prestigious Kalhaar Blues & Greens, Ahmedabad.

The tournament will kick off with a practice round on November 2, followed by two days of intense competitive play over 36 holes on November 3 and November 4.
This season carries special significance as it marks the AV Thomas Group’s 100th anniversary, with celebrations and commemorative activities taking place throughout the tour calendar.
Players will compete in Individual Gross categories categorized by age group:
* 50–54 years
* 55–59 years
* 60–64 years
* 65–69 years
* 70+ years
* Ladies category

In addition, golfers will contend for both Team Gross and Team NETT honors. To qualify for team categories, all team members must represent and reside in the same city.

The marquee field features top contenders and veteran champions, including last season’s champion David D’Souza, Sandeep Singh Sandhu, Gangesh Khaitan, Jehangir Tankariwala, Devansh Shah , Kim Sanggun .

The tour is sponsored by the AV Thomas Group. Event sponsors include Curapod, and JM Financial. Titleist serves as the official Equipment Partner of the tour. SING (Senior Indian National Golf) is the official tour managing association, with event management executed by Protouch Sports.
