England’s Matt Fitzpatrick (-19) strengthened his hold on the FedEx Open de France with another outstanding performance on Moving Day. A third consecutive round in the mid-60s saw him stretch his advantage to five shots, putting himself in a commanding position heading into the final round at Le Golf National.

While Fitzpatrick continued to set the standard, France’s Tom Vaillant (-14) kept home hopes alive by moving into sole possession of second place. The Frenchman stayed patient throughout the day and remains the closest challenger as the championship heads towards its conclusion.

The biggest moves came from a group of players tied for third at -13. Spain’s Eugenio Chacarra (-13) produced a stunning 62, one of the best rounds of the week, while South Africa’s Brandon Stone (-13) matched the low-scoring trend with a brilliant 63. Norway’s Kristoffer Reitan (-13) and Spain’s Angel Hidalgo (-13) stayed firmly in contention, while Denmark’s Jeff Winther (-13) slipped back after sharing the lead earlier in the tournament.

Italy’s Guido Migliozzi (-12) also surged into the top ten after firing a 63, joining Germany’s Marcel Siem (-12) and American Michael Kim (-12) just outside the top five.

Further down the leaderboard, India’s Yuvraj Sandhu (-9) continued his impressive showing with a steady 69. The young Indian heads into the final round inside the top 20 and in position to challenge for one of the best finishes of his DP World Tour season.
