Anshul Mishra maintains lead after the second round of the IGU Andhra Pradesh Amateur Golf Championship 2026, which is being held at the East Point Golf Club (EPGC), Vishakhapatnam, from May 5 to May 8.

Bengal lad Anshul Mishra (70-71) had a difficult second round in which he shot a 1-under 71, after a 2-under 70 in the opening round. At a two-day score of 3-under 141, Mishra took halfway lead.

Overnight co-leader from Delhi, Deepak Yadav (70-73), who shot a 2-under 70 to lead along with Anshul, had a difficult second round in which he shot a 1-over 73, and at a two-day score of 1-under 143, lay second.

Uttar Pradesh golfer Vinamra Anand (74-71) shot a 1-under 71 in the second round, and climbed the leaderboard, laying third, at a two-day score of 1-over 145.

Maharashtra golfer Shashank Sachin Gadre (72-74) had a difficult second round in which he shot a 74, and at a two-day score of 146, lay fourth.
