Scottie Scheffler, the World No. 1, continues his impressive performance at the 153rd Open Championship, posting a remarkable 4-under in Round 3 to increase his lead to -14. At Royal Portrush, a venue renowned for producing remarkable champions, Scheffler exhibits a remarkable composure, showing no signs of pressure or nerves.

China’s Haotong Li trails by four strokes after completing a solid -2 round, placing him at -10 and in the final pairing on Sunday, where he aims to compete against the world’s foremost player and potentially make history.

Matt Fitzpatrick managed an even-par round, bringing his total to -9. However, he will need to regain his early tournament momentum to be in contention for the Claret Jug.

The standout performance of the day belonged to Rory McIlroy, who delivered a spectacular -5 round, climbing to T4 at -8, alongside Cameron Gotterup, Tyrrell Hatton, and Harris English.
